As a mentor, Smitty will have the opportunity to engage with a diverse group of participants, including clinicians, data scientists, and researchers, as they collaborate on analyzing and interpreting large datasets in critical care. His insights and guidance would greatly contribute to their understanding and application of data-driven research in improving patient outcomes.
