Overview
This RACI-based tool provides an overview of what each institutional stakeholder is responsible, accountable, consulted, and informed for as it relates to COA licensing, translation, and COA migration into electronic systems, as well as to provide a detailed description of standard process steps for these activities. Principally intended to foster an understanding of shared ownership, the tool covers each key step in the process and proposes allocations of accountability based on broad multistakeholder experience.
