On November 12, 2021 Jagdeep Podichetty, Director of Predictive Analytics within Quantitative Medicine program at Critical Path Institute (C-Path) will chair a trainee tutorial at the American Conference on Pharmacometrics (ACoP).
The trainee tutorial titled Application of Machine Learning in Drug Development with Regulatory Considerations will expose trainees to various drug development case studies that apply machine learning methods while taking regulatory considerations into account. Split into two sessions, the tutorial will begin with a lecture series focused on machine learning in drug development followed by a hands-on session where trainees will be placed on a team, matched with a coach, and will build a predictive deep learning model for Alzheimer’s Disease state classification.
